Below is a list of events that the Rowing Committee have agreed Broxbourne may attend, interest permitting! If you want to race at any of these events then please speak with your Vice Captain who will be able to help you. Alternatively, email the Entries Secretary using the address on the Contact Us page.
Please note the Broxbourne “Closing Date” for entries which is usually a couple of weeks or more before the event. This is to allow time for the entries to be submitted and paid for in advance of the draw. Entries received after the deadline are submitted at the discretion of the Entries Secretary. If you know you will be submitting entries late, contact the Entries Secretary (Charlotte Lennox) in advance to agree it!
IMPORTANT When submitting entries, it is the responsibility of the Vice Captain and their crews to correctly calculate the status of the crew. The British Rowing Association website has details on this. Please see the Rules of Racing page for links.
ALSO – You must submit the name of a driver with your entries. If your squad does not have a trained driver, you must liaise with other squads to confirm there is a driver available before submitting entries. And then get some people in your squad trained up to tow the trailer!
